7. Award of Contract to Eide Bailly LLP for Measure W Auditing Services Recommendation: That the City Council: 1. Award contract to Eide Bailly LLP for Measure W auditing services; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement for a not-to-exceed amount of $29,900 with Eide Bailly LLP in the form attached, and in such final form as approved by the City Attorney; and 3. Appropriate $29,900 from Measure W Reserves to Professional Services account 29-5600-6216.
