L. FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH SWA LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS FOR PROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES The City Council is requested to approve the First Amendment to the agreement with SWA to cover the performance period for the Parks Playground project. Recommendation: Authorize the City Manager to execute the First Amendment to the agreement with SWA Landscape Architects for Professional Design Services.
