Approve a Professional Services Agreement with the Temple City\nChamber of Commerce for business promotion and public\ninformation services (Attachment “A”) for $62,500 from July 1, 2023,\nthrough June 30, 2024; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.

FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP APPROVAL FOR PARCEL MAP NO. 78276, A FLAG\nLOT SUBDIVISION PROJECT AT 5409 BALDWIN AVENUE\nThe City Council is requested to approve the final map which will allow the\ndeveloper to finalize the subdivision and begin constructing a new house on each\nlot.\nRecommendation:\n1. Review and approve the final subdivision map for Parcel Map No. 78276; and\n2. Authorize the City Clerk to certify Parcel Map No. 78276.

ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 24-5721 APPROVING PROPOSITION 68 PER\nCAPITA PROGRAM FOR GRANT APPLICATION(S)\nThe City Council is requested to adopt Resolution No. 24-5721 for the city to\naccess the Per Capita Program funds for recreational based capital\nimprovements.\nRecommendation:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-5721, which enables the City to submit Program\nApplication(s) for the Proposition 68 Per Capita program; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all necessary\napplications, contracts, agreements, amendments, and payment requests for\nthe Proposition 68 Per Capital Program.

SECOND READING AND ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 24-1074\nAMENDING SECTION 3-5E-10 OF THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TO\nPERMIT THE CITY TO TEMPORARILY EXCLUDE PARKGOERS WHO\nVIOLATE ITS LAWS\nThe City Council is requested to adopt an ordinance amending the Temple City\nMunicipal Code (TCMC) to provide additional protection for City staff and park\npatrons.\nRecommendation: Waive further reading and adopt Ordinance No\n24-1074 amending the Temple City Municipal\nCode to permit the City to temporarily exclude\nparkgoers who violate applicable laws.
