F. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 24-5721 APPROVING PROPOSITION 68 PER CAPITA PROGRAM FOR GRANT APPLICATION(S) The City Council is requested to adopt Resolution No. 24-5721 for the city to access the Per Capita Program funds for recreational based capital improvements. Recommendation: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-5721, which enables the City to submit Program Application(s) for the Proposition 68 Per Capita program; and 2. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all necessary applications, contracts, agreements, amendments, and payment requests for the Proposition 68 Per Capital Program.
