3-H. PLANNING SERVICES AUGMENTATION WITH WILLDAN GROUP, INC. It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Authorizing the City Manager to utilize Willdan Group, Inc. for providing routine planning services to assist the Community Development Department, not to exceed $150,000 annually; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
