RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING AND ADOPTING THE COMMITTEE’S ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES”; and superseding Resolution No. 5225.
