9. APPROVE AGREEMENT NO. 4183 WITH NEW FLYER OF AMERICA, INC. TO PURCHASE THREE, FORTY- FOOT, HEAVY DUTY HYDROGEN FUEL CELL TRANSIT BUSES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Agreement No. 4183 with New Flyer of America, Inc. (New Flyer), to purchase three (3), forty- foot (40’), Heavy Duty Hydrogen Fuel Cell Transit Buses; and 2. Authorize the City Manager and/or their designee to approve change orders for up to two percent (2%) of the total agreement amount; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
