8. AWARD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT, NO. 4180 TO KIMLEY-HORN AND ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR THE BUS STOP IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (BSIP) CONSULTING SERVICES REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NO. 24-7 RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Award Professional Services Agreement No. 4180 to Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for the Bus Stop Improvement Project (BSIP) Consulting Services for RFP No. 24-7; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute and finalize the Professional Services Agreement on behalf of the City of Montebello with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc.; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
