3-D. WAIVE SPIRIT BUS FARES FOR EARTH DAY ON APRIL 22, 2024 It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Waiving Spirit Bus fare for riders on Monday, April 22, 2024, in celebration of Earth Day; (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
