It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute the consent and acknowledgement letter allowing the transaction and assignment of Development Agreements for billboards located at 1919 Puente Avenue and 13100 Brooks Drive to New Tradition Outdoor, LLC (Buyer).
