9. REVIEW AND DISCUSS CITY COUNCIL AND SUCCESSOR AGENCY MEETING RULES OF CONDUCT RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Review and discuss the City Council and Successor Agency meeting rules of conduct; 2. Provide direction to staff and City Attorney’s office regarding whether any updates or changes to the current rules of conduct are desired; and 3. Take other action as directed by the City Council.
