12. APPROVE EXTENSION OF EXISTING RECRUITMENT INCENTIVES FOR QUALIFIED POLICE OFFICERS AND POLICE DISPATCHERS RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve extension of the existing recruitment incentives program for qualified Police Officers and Police Dispatchers and referral bonuses to current employees; and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
