7. AMENDMENT NUMBER ONE TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES 24-100 AGREEMENT (PSA) WITH CABCO YELLOW, INC. FOR SENIOR TRANSPORTATION PROGRAMS RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council: 1. Approve and authorize the City Manager and the City Clerk to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with CabCo Yellow, Inc, DBA California Yellow Cab, for the Senior Transportation Programs and NHS Transportation Program to increase the not-to-exceed amount by $130,000 for a total of $300,000 annually with a 10% contingency. 2. Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute future amendments to the agreement within Council authorized limits.
