Council initiated item from Councilmember Joy Lyndes regarding the City of Encinitas developing a construction cost estimate for the Beautification of the San Elijo Ave. and Manchester Ave. intersection in Cardiff by the Sea and to include this project cost on the list of 2024/25 projects for city funding consideration.
