FACILITY LEASE WITH THE BUENA PARK COLLABORATIVE/ONE OC AND\nTHE NORTH ORANGE COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOR USE OF THE\nSTAGE STOP HOTEL AT 6601 BEACH BOULEVARD\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a facility lease agreement with both the\nBuena Park Collaborative/OneOC ("Collaborative") and the North Orange\nCounty Chamber of Commerce ("Chamber") for use of the Stage Stop Hotel\nlocated at 6601 Beach Boulevard; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City\nAttorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes to the agreement;\nand 3) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the agreement.
