4F. APPROVE AMENDMENT AND AWARD A NEW PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH CINTAS CORPORATION NO. 3 FOR UNIFORM RENTAL AND\nLAUNDRY SERVICES FOR CITY UNIFORMED PERSONNEL IN THE PUBLIC\nWORKS AND COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENTS\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve Amendment No. 3 and Budget\nAmendment to PSA 19-08 with Cintas in the amount of $10,000 from the\nundesignated General Fund balance for FY 23-24; 2) Approve a five-year\nProfessional Services Agreement (PSA) with Cintas Corporation No. 3\n(Cintas) in an amount of $213,000 for the rental and laundry service of\nuniforms for the Public Works Department field staff, the rental and laundry\nservice of floor mats located in various City buildings, and for providing\nspecialized cleaning supplies; 3) Approve a budget amendment in the\namount of $15,000 from the undesignated General Fund balance for FY 24-\n25 for the new agreement; 4) Determine that dispensing with competitive\nbidding under Section 3.28.080 (E) of the Buena Park Municipal Code is in\nthe best interest of the City because this contractor was previously awarded\na contract with OMNIA Partners through a competitive bid process and\nutilizing a previously awarded contract will result in the lowest price for the\nCity; 5) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any\nnecessary, non-monetary changes to the amendment and agreement; and,\n6) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the amendment and\nagreement.
