A. AMEND THE ADOPTED TRAFFIC THRESHOLDS OF SIGNIFICANCE FOR THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) RELATED TO VEHICLE MILES TRAVELED (VMT) The City Council is requested to adopt revised thresholds of significance for impacts related to vehicle miles traveled of projects in compliance with California Environment Quality Act. Presenter: Community Development Director Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 24-5727 which adopts revised thresholds of significance for impacts related to vehicle miles traveled (VMT) of projects in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and finds that the adoption of new CEQA thresholds of significance is exempt from CEQA.
