APPROVE RESOLUTION NO. 24-5728 AUTHORIZING BUDGET AMENDMENTS FOR THE ARPA FUND The City Council is requested to transfer costs between the ARPA Fund and the General Fund to ensure that the City is able to spend its full ARPA allocation.
