5.1 APPLICATION FOR THE PERMANENT LOCAL HOUSING ALLOCATION (PLHA) FUNDING FROM THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FOR ELIGIBLE HOUSING-RELATED PROJECTS AND PROGRAMS 3 Recommended Action: Consider and select one of the alternatives below and continue the item to May 1, 2024. 1. Direct Staff to prepare a resolution authorizing the PLHA application submittal for the Aliso Viejo Town Center Vision Plan efforts; 2. Direct Staff to prepare a resolution authorizing the PLHA application submittal for the acquisition of an affordable housing unit; and maintenance/repair, HOA dues, and property taxes for all City-owned affordable housing units; or 3.
