PRESENTATION OF STORMWATER DRY WELL SITING STUDY BY\nGEOSYNTEC CONSULTING INC.; AND, AMENDED PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENT (PSA) TO FURTHER RETAIN GEOSYNTEC TO\nASSIST WITH PROJECT ENGNIEERING, PREPARATION AND AWARD\nOF BID, AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT\nMemorandum from David Wahba, Public Works Director\nRecommendation: 1.) Receive a report from Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. on their Dry\nWell Siting Study; and 2.) Approve an amended Professional Services Agreement\n(PSA), attached, with Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. to carry out the project’s final\nengineering specifications and plans, preparation of bid documents, and construction\nmanagement for the installation of two new dry wells, in the total amount of$178,900\n(using Measure W funds), all to the satisfaction of the City Attorney.\nAttachments: Staff Report
