City Council: Approval of Amendment 3 to Professional Services Agreement with HdL, in the amount of $2,400 in year one and $2,400 plus Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers for year two, plus 25 percent of all new transaction or use tax revenue received by the City only as a result of audit and recovery work performed estimated at $5,000 annually for Measure X sales and use tax services; and authorization for the City Manager to execute the Amendment
