8. Resolution approving a comprehensive successor MOU from July 1, 2021- June 30,\n2025 with the Police Officers' Association (POA)\nThe City Council will consider: (HR)\na. Adopting a Resolution approving the comprehensive successor Memorandum of\nUnderstanding (MOU) between the City of South Gate and the South Gate Police Officers'\nAssociation (SGPOA) for the term of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2025; and\nb. Authorizing the Mayor to execute the comprehensive successor Memorandum of\nUnderstanding in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
