15.B Public Hearing to Consider Formation of the City of Hemet Landscape 129 - 193\nMaintenance District No. 113 (CUP No. 19-015) (“LMD 113”) and City of\nHemet Streetlight Maintenance District No. 113 (CUP No. 19-015)\n(“SMD 113”), also known as Holiday Inn Express, generally located\nnorth of Florida Ave and east of Cawston Ave\nStaff Report #22-527 - Pdf\nRecommendation:\nIt is respectfully recommended that the City Council:\n1. Open the Public Hearing and take testimony, if any; and,\n2. Have the City Clerk count and tabulate the ballots and announce\nthe results of the vote.\n3. Should the tally of the ballots received indicate a majority\naffirmative for the proposed assessments, Council may proceed\nwith the adoption of the following Resolutions: a Resolution of the\nCity of Hemet Approving the Engineer’s Report for the formation\nof Hemet Landscape Maintenance District No. 113 (CUP No. 19-\n015) and Levy and Collection of Assessments within such District\nfor Fiscal Year 2023-2024 and Confirming Diagram and\nAssessments pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of\n1972 part 2 of Division 15 of the California Streets and Highways\nCode and as provided by Article XII of the California Constitution;\nand, a Resolution of the City of Hemet Approving the Engineer’s\nReport for the formation of Hemet Streetlight Maintenance District\nNo. 113 (CUP No. 19-015) and Levy and Collection of\nAssessments within such District for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 and\nConfirming Diagram and Assessments pursuant to the\nLandscaping and Lighting Act of 1972 part 2 of Division 15 of the\nCalifornia Streets and Highways Code and as provided by Article\nXII of the California Constitution.\n16.
