G. CONTRACT AWARD - LAND USE SOFTWARE WATER USE COMPLIANCE AND FINDING THE ACTION EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 24-53, which would: 1. Find the project categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to 14 CCR 15306 - Information Collection. 2. Award a three-year Professional Services Agreement to Eagle Aerial Solutions for WaterView subscriptions. 3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C24-16, by and between the City of San Clemente and Eagle Aerial Solutions, providing for three years of WaterView annual subscriptions, in the amount of $140,800.
