P. BID REJECTION - NORTH BEACH PLAYGROUND REPLACEMENT Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 24-62, which will: 1. Reject all bids for the North Beach Playground Replacement project. 2. Authorize the City Manager and/or his designee to rebid the project with a modified scope.
