2-A. RESOLUTION REGARDING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF AN INSTALLMENT PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR WATER REVENUE BONDS It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Adopting Resolution No. _____ of the City Council of the City of Monterey Park approving the execution and delivery of an Installment Purchase Agreement for the purpose of causing the issuance of not to exceed $22,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Water Revenue Bonds, Series 2024, and approving the execution and delivery of certain documents in connection therewith and certain other matters; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable. It is recommended that the Monterey Park Financing Authority Board of Directors consider: (3) Adopting Resolution No. MPFA-____ of the Board of Directors of the Monterey Park Financing Authority approving the sale of its Water Revenue Bonds, Series 2024, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $22,000,000 and approving the execution and delivery of certain documents in connection therewith and certain other matters; and (4) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
