3-H. NOTICE OF COMPLETION – VARIOUS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Receiving and filing the Notice of Completion recorded by the Public Works Director on December 18, 2023 accepting the Edison Trails Park Playground Replacement Project completed by R.E. Schultz Construction, Inc.; (2) Receiving and filing the Notice of Completion recorded by the Public Works Director on January 2, 2024 accepting the Northeast Area Phase III Water Main Improvement Project completed by Big Ben, Inc.; (3) Receiving and filing the Notice of Completion recorded by the Public Works Director on January 2, 2024 accepting the FY 22-23 Concrete Improvements Project completed by CT & T Concrete Paving Inc.; and (4) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
