11. Approve Amendments to the Professional Service Agreements (PSAs) with David Volz Design, Evan Brooks and Associates (EBA), Infrastructure Engineers a Bowman Company, John L. Hunter and Associates, Onward Engineering, RKA Consulting Group, TAIT and Associates and Willdan Engineering to Extend Term for One-Year and Authorize Staff to Publish a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to Update and Establish the List of On- Call Consultants for Engineering Services. It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize the Director of Public Works to publish a Request for Qualifications to establish an updated list of on-call Engineering Consultants Firms; and, 2. Approve Amendments to the current Professional Services Agreements for a one-year term extension with David Volz Design, Evan Brooks and Associates, John L Hunter and Associates, Onward Engineering, RKA Consulting Group, TAIT and Associates, Infrastructure Engineers, and Willdan Consulting; and, 3. Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Amendments to the PSAs.
