(0680-70 & 0680-75) Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2024-025 approving an eighth amendment to an Agreement for the administration of For-Hire Vehicle Regulations between San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) and the City of Imperial Beach and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.
