8.e ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 2024-022 AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO RENEW THE AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHWESTERN COMMUNITY COLLEGE TO CONTINUE THE FIRE-RESCUE TRAINING PROGRAM. (0250-63) Recommendation: That the City Council adopt Resolution NO. 2024-022 authorizing the City Manager to renew the agreement with Southwestern Community College to continue the Fire Training Program.
