5.2 Award of Engineering Design Services Agreements for the Soccer Field Installation Project at Sigler Park and the Baseball Infield Renovation Project at Buckingham and Westminster Parks. RECOMMENDATION: A. Approve the award of Engineering Design Services Agreements, in the total amount of $124,460, to Hirsch and Associates, Inc. for the Soccer Field Installation Project at Sigler Park and the Baseball Infield Renovation Project at Buckingham and Westminster Parks; and B. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreements on behalf of the City.
