8. APPROVE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) NO. 24-04 BETWEEN THE CENTRAL BASIN MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF MONTEBELLO FOR SUPPLYING RECYCLED WATER TO THE MONTEBELLO GOLF COURSE, AND FOR NOTIFICATION FROM THE CITY TO THE DISTRICT OF ANY FUTURE MODIFICATIONS TO THE EXISTING RECYCLED WATER SYSTEM RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) No. 24-04 between the Central Basin Municipal Water District and the City of Montebello for supplying recycled water to the Montebello Golf Course, and for notification from the City of Montebello to the District of any future modifications to the existing recycled water system; and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
