4. AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING NO. 24-03 WITH THE MONTEBELLO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT (MUSD) TO PARTNER WITH THEIR ADULT TRANSITION PROGRAM RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize the City Manager to execute Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) No. 24-03 with the Montebello Unified School District (MUSD) to partner with their Adult Transition Program; and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
