$119,999, for the study, design plan, permitting, and environmental documents necessary to
provide continuing maintenance of the Loma Alta Creek mouth; appropriation of $119,999 in funds
from General Fund Assigned Infrastructure; and authorization for the City Manager, or designee,
to execute the agreement upon receipt of all supporting documents
