Zimmerman\nEngineering, Inc. to extend the term of the contract to September 12, 2024, to continue\nengineering staffing services until the vacant Engineering Technician position is filled, for a not to\nexceed amount of $167,000; and\nb. Authorizing the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1 in a form acceptable to the City.
