2-A. ESTABLISHING AN AD HOC SUBCOMMITTEE OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO DISCUSS THE CREATION OF AN INDEPENDENT MEMORIAL COMMITTEE FOR THE JANUARY 21, 2023 MASS CASUALTY INCIDENT It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Establishing an ad hoc subcommittee comprised of two members of the City Council which will appoint and give initial direction to an independent Memorial Committee for the January 21, 2023 Mass Casualty Incident; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
