APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FROM BONANNI DEVELOPMENT\n(LIFE ILLUMINATED, LLC) CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF STANTON A RIGHT-OF-\nWAY EASEMENT AND GRANT DEED FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED\nAT 12736 BEACH BOULEVARD (VRV) (APN: 131-501-04)\nThe City Engineer recommends that the City Council accept a grant deed of 920 sq. ft.\npublic right-of-way for public street and municipal purposes along Beach Boulevard and\nan easement deed of 176 sq. ft. public right-of-way for street purposes on the northeast\ncorner of Beach Boulevard and Stanford Avenue at 12736 Beach Boulevard from Bonanni\nDevelopment (Life Illuminated, LLC) in connection with the VRV project.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council declare this action categorically exempt under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) under Section 15378(b)(5) – Organizational or\nadministrative activities of governments that will not result in direct or indirect changes\nin the environment; and\n2. Accept a grant deed for public street and municipal purposes from Life Illuminated,\nLLC; and\n3. Accept an easement deed of public right-of-way for street purposes from Life\nIlluminated, LLC; and\nMarch 12, 2024\n4. Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the Certificate of Acceptance for the grant\ndeed and the easement grant deed; and\n5. Authorize the City Clerk to submit the grant deed and the easement grant deed to the\nOrange County Clerk-Recorder for recordation.\nEND OF CONSENT CALENDAR
