6. Adopt Resolution No. 24-22 Ordering the Maintenance Work, Confirming the Diagram, Assessments, and All Other Matters Set Forth in the Engineer’s Report, Setting the Lighting and Open Space Maintenance District No. 1 Assessments for Fiscal Year 2024-25 for Zones 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12. 4. Resolution No. 24-23 – Public Nuisance Abatement Process: Recovery of City acquired costs for nuisance abatement work performed at a Vacant Parcel, identified as Assessor Parcel No. (APN: 8722-028-037) Recommendation: That the City Council: 1. Open the Public Hearing; 2. Hear the Staff Report; 3. Close the Public Hearing; and 4. Adopt Resolution No. 24-23 confirming the “Statement of Costs” report for the public nuisance abatement work performed at Vacant Parcel identified as Assessor Parcel No. 8722-028-037; and 5. Appropriate $6,866 from the General Fund into account 01-5002-6227 to cover the upfront labor costs, as outlined within the “Statement of Costs” report. 5. Resolution No. 24-24 – Public Nuisance Abatement Process: Recovery of City acquired costs for nuisance abatement work performed at 1347 Wesleyan Avenue (APN: 8712-015-017) Recommendation: That the City Council: 1. Open the Public Hearing; 2. Hear the Staff Report; 3. Solicit Public Input on this Item; 4. Close the Public Hearing; and 5. Adopt Resolution No. 24-24 confirming the “Statement of Costs” report for the public nuisance abatement work performed at 1347 Wesleyan Avenue (APN: 8712-015-017).
