12. Public Hearing Regarding Fiscal Year 2024-25 Annual Action Plan. Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council approve the Final 2024-25 Annual Action Plan and authorize the City Manager to execute the documents required for submission of this Plan for CDBG and HOME Funds to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. Staff also recommends that the Mayor and City Council authorize staff to make changes to funding allocations as described in this staff report once the final 2024 entitlement grants are announced by HUD.
