15.A Public Hearing to Consider Formation of the City of Hemet Landscape 61 - 128\nMaintenance District No. 112 (PM 37196/CUP 16-006) ("LMD 112") and\nCity of Hemet Streetlight Maintenance District No. 112 (PM 37196/CUP\n16-006)(“SMD 112”), also known as Zanderson Plaza, generally located\nbetween Sanderson Ave, Menlo Ave, Fruitvale Ave, and La Habra Ave\nStaff Report #22-526 - Pdf\nRecommendation: It is respectfully recommended that the City Council:\n1. Open the Public Hearing and take testimony, if any; and,\n2. Have the City Clerk count and tabulate the ballots, and announce\nthe results of the vote.\n3. Should the tally of the ballots received indicate a majority\naffirmative for the proposed assessments, Council may proceed\nwith the adoption of the following Resolutions: a Resolution of the\nCity of Hemet Approving the Engineer’s Report for the formation\nof Hemet Landscape Maintenance District No. 112 (PM\n37196/CUP 16-006) and Levy and Collection of Assessments\nwithin such District for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 and Confirming\nDiagram and Assessments pursuant to the Landscaping and\nLighting Act of 1972 part 2 of Division 15 of the California Streets\nand Highways Code and as provided by Article XII of the\nCalifornia Constitution; and, a Resolution of the City of Hemet\nApproving the Engineer’s Report for the formation of Hemet\nStreetlight Maintenance District No. 112 (PM 37196/CUP 16-006)\nand Levy and Collection of Assessments within such District for\nFiscal Year 2023-2024 and Confirming Diagram and\nAssessments pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of\n1972 part 2 of Division 15 of the California Streets and Highways\nCode and as provided by Article XII of the California Constitution.
