G. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 24-5741, DECLARING THE CITY’S INTENTION TO LEVY AND COLLECT LIGHTING AND MAINTENANCE DISTRICT ASSESSMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2024-2025 AND ESTABLISHING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING PUBLIC OBJECTIONS The City Council is requested to adopt a resolution declaring its intention to levy and collect Lighting and Maintenance District assessments for fiscal year for FY 2024-2025 Recommendation: 1. Accept the Engineer’s Report for the Temple City Citywide Lighting and Maintenance District for FY 2024-2025; and 2. Adopt Resolution No. 24-5741.
