C. APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH THE SAN GABRIEL VALLEY HUMANE SOCIETY FOR ANIMAL CONTROL, SHELTER, AND LICENSING SERVICES The City Council is requested to consider approval of a new agreement between the City of Temple City and the San Gabriel Valley Humane Society for animal control, shelter, and licensing services for Fiscal Year 2024-25. Recommendation: 1. Approve a new agreement between the City of Temple City and the San Gabriel Valley Humane Society for animal control, shelter, and licensing services for Fiscal Year 2024-25 (Attachment “A”); and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.
