E. APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH ALL CITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR CROSSING GUARD SERVICES The City Council is requested to approve the agreement to continue crossing guard services throughout the city. Recommendation: 1. Approve the agreement with All City Management Services (ACMS) for crossing guard services for Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24 (Attachment “A”) and FY 2024-25 (Attachment “B”) with option to renew annually for up to three years; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.
