3-B. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION TO DIRECT THE CITY CLERK TO PERFORM THE BIENNIAL REVIEW OF THE CITY’S CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Directing the City Clerk to perform the biennial review of the City’s Conflict of Interest Code and report back before October 1, 2024; and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
