2-A. UPDATE REGARDING THE SATURN PARK ADVISORY AND RECOMMENDATION COMMITTEE (SPARC) AND NEXT STEPS It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Receiving and filing this report; (2) Directing the City Manager and City Attorney to prepare documents needed to consider adopting a moratorium for development in Saturn Park during the time that the SPARC considers land use regulations; and (3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
