10. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO AGREEMENT NO. 3937 WITH SPORTFIVE GOLF, LLC FOR ADDITIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE MONTEBELLO MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE RENOVATION PROJECT RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Amendment No. 5 to Agreement No. 3937 with SPORTFIVE Golf, LLC for additional architectural and engineering services in the amount not-to-exceed $59,450; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
