Approve Amendment No. 5 to Agreement No. 3937 with SPORTFIVE Golf, LLC for additional\narchitectural and engineering services in the amount not-to-exceed $59,450; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.

ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 24-34 APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 PROJECT LIST FOR SENATE\nBILL 1 "THE ROAD REPAIR AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF 2017" FUNDED PROJECTS\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-34 approving the Fiscal Year 2024-25 project list for Senate Bill 1, the Road\nRepair and Accountability Act of 2017 funded projects; and\n2. Authorize staff to submit the resolution and project list to the California Transportation Commission (CTC);\nand,\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.

APPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4205 WITH MCA CONSULTANTS TO\nIMPLEMENT THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF RESOURCES RECYCLING AND RECOVERY\n(CALRECYCLE) SB1383 LOCAL ASSISTANCE AND GRANT PROGRAM\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Award Professional Services Agreement No. 4205 to MCA Consultants to provide SB 1383 Local\nAssistance Grant Program services for a three (3) year term in a total not-to-exceed amount of $167,713;\nand,\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement; and,\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.

Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement 3871 between the City of Montebello and Jairo’s Plumbing,\nInc. for a One (1) Year Extension; and,\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment; and,\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.

TO PROVIDE\nCITYWIDE HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING (HVAC) SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 4123 between the City of Montebello and Johnson Controls\nto increase the not-to-exceed amount from $320,000 to $400,000; and,\n2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.

RECEIVE AND FILE AND ADOPT THE CITY OF MONTEBELLO’S FINAL SYSTEMIC SAFETY ANALYSIS\nREPORT PROGRAM (SSARP) AND LOCAL ROAD SAFETY PLAN (LRSP)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Receive and file and adopt the City of Montebello’s final Systemic Safety Analysis Report Program\n(SSARP) and Local Road Safety Plan (LRSP) prepared by Mark Thomas & Company, Inc.; and,\n2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.

16. APPROVE RECEIPT OF FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY (FEMA) HAZARD MITIGATION\nGRANT PROGRAM (HMGP) FUNDS\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve receipt of $209,800 in grant funding awarded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency\n(FEMA) Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP); and\n2. Amend the Fiscal Year 2023-24 budget by increasing appropriations by $209,800 in Account No. 265-\n85-858-6040.10 (Grants, Fire, FEMA-HMGP, Other Contract Services [Expenditures]) and Account No.\n265-99-4198.16 (Grants, FEMA-HMGP [Revenue]); and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.

17. APPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4206 WITH GEORGE HILLS TO PROVIDE\nGENERAL LIABILITY THIRD-PARTY ADMINISTRATION SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Professional Services Agreement No. 4206 with George Hills for an initial three (3) year term in\nthe amount that shall not exceed $291,500 over the three years; and,\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Professional Services Agreement No. 4206; and,\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.

Approve Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 4115 between Care Solace, Inc.,\n(“Care Solace”) and the City of Montebello to continue providing assistance to residents with finding\ncommunity-based counseling; and,\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 between Care Solace and the City of\nMontebello; and,\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
