13. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO.1 TO AGREEMENT 3871 WITH JAIRO’S PLUMBING, INC. TO PROVIDE CITYWIDE ON-CALL SERVICES RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement 3871 between the City of Montebello and Jairo’s Plumbing, Inc. for a One (1) Year Extension; and, 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment; and, 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
