12. APPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4205 WITH MCA CONSULTANTS TO IMPLEMENT THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF RESOURCES RECYCLING AND RECOVERY (CALRECYCLE) SB1383 LOCAL ASSISTANCE AND GRANT PROGRAM RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Award Professional Services Agreement No. 4205 to MCA Consultants to provide SB 1383 Local Assistance Grant Program services for a three (3) year term in a total not-to-exceed amount of $167,713; and, 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement; and, 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
