12. AWARD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4196 FOR SUMMER FOOD SERVICE PROGRAM PROVIDER (RFQ 24-1) RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Award Professional Services Agreement No. 4196 to School Nutrition Plus in an amount not-to-exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) annually for Summer Food Service Program Provider; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the City; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
